England Coach Fabio Capello Checks Out Strip Girls on Italian TV

Fabio Capello was supposed to be in Italy to cast an eye over former England captain David Beckham playing for AC Milan.But the national team coach allowed himself to be distracted by another kind of strip when he appeared on an Italian TV talk show.Capello, 61, found himself surrounded by a bevy of semi-naked dancers.

It certainly beat sitting in the stands in wet and windy old Britain, where last night he could have run the rule over Emile Heskey's Aston Villa debut at Portsmouth, or watched Man United close in on the title by trouncing West Brom.For anyone who has seen Italian TV, the gyrations of the half-naked performers will come as no surprise.But Capello, more used to checking out form on the football pitch, did his best not to stare at the beauties - he sat with his back ramrod straight and legs clenched together.



The England supremo is unlikely to have been tempted by the brunette beauties. He met wife Laura on a bus as a teenager and they have been married for more than 40 years.And the no-nonsense manager has banned WAGs from England games and given his players strict bedtimes before matches.The Italian is in Milan to attend AC Milan's match against Genoa tonight and assess the form of David Beckham.'Barring any unforeseen changes in his schedule, he will be at the San Siro,' Capello's son and manager, Pierfilippo, revealed.Beckham is hoping to be called up by Capello for a friendly against Spain next month to equal Bobby Moore's record of 108 England caps.
